Move oversized house off lot

Re: "Get your house in order, city blight-fighter told," Page 1, July 5.
After reading about Lisa Mazique's house on Clio Street that is legally too big for the city lot she plopped it down on, I wonder if being director of the New Orleans Redevelopment Authority gives her special privilege to break the law.
I felt sorry for Sean Clark when I saw how close she had set her house to his. I imagine when he looks out his windows, all he can see is her complete disregard of his legal right to have the house next door six feet away.
Why isn't anyone telling Lisa Mazique to move that house? Why does she have more legal rights than Sean Clark?
